Beyond Suffrage is a Trustee Training Programme for Young Women

Beyond Suffrage is a new trustee training programme that has been developed to increase the number of women, from ethnic minority backgrounds, serving at board level in the charity sector. This is a 12–week trustee training programme for young women of colour aged between 18 and 25. Participants on the programme will be selected following an application and interview process. Successful candidates will then take part in the 12-week training programme, as part of a cohort in their city, before being placed on a charity board by our recruitment partner. The first cohort will be in London, with the next city being selected based on demand from charities. Deadline for applications is 9th December. Read more on the Social Practice website.
