Saturday Music centres and group music sessions outside school times.

Pascal Theatre Company, supported by the Mayor of London/Groundwork, runs free online exercise classes for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic London women aged 18 upwards. Classes are to improve mental and physical wellbeing. They have been designed to counter feelings of isolation during the pandemic.

To register you need to a be teacher or member of staff at a secondary school, college, youth organisation or a home educator (parent or legal guardian) in the United Kingdom. The young people participating in your group(s) must be 11-18 years old.

This exciting weekly dance project session for girls aged 12-19 are completely free to join. On this 5-week project, participants will experiment with different styles of choreography and performances, as well as getting to meet new people. The workshops will be on Monday evenings, 7.30-8.30pm, starting January 18th.
