Objectives of Fund
The funding supports organisations and registered charities that provide assistance with the cost of holidays or respite breaks for disabled children (aged 3 to 17 years) with physical, mental, or emotional impairments.
Value Notes
Funding is at the discretion of the Trust.
The Trustees award around £85,000 to £89,000 a year in grants.
Who Can Apply
Applications are accepted from individual families and on behalf of groups of children, registered charities and other organisations.
Charities and other organisations must provide a copy of their latest audited accounts in addition to other information.
There must be evidence of a disability from a medical or social services professional.

Restrictions
The Trust does not fund retrospectively. Holidays that have been taken before the Trustees' meetings or within 14 days after the meeting will not be considered.
Eligible Expenditure
Funding is available for the costs associated with holidays and/or respite breaks.
The holiday must be taken by the day preceding the child's 18th birthday.
How To Apply
There are four closing dates for applications each year.
Applications must be received by:
- 31 March for the May 2025 meeting.
- 30 June for the August 2025 meeting.
- 30 September for the November 2025 meeting.
- 31 December for the February 2026 meeting.
Applications are not normally considered between meetings.
