Camley Street Community Fund
Background
The Camley Street Community Fund is a £1 million, 10-year fund established by Ballymore to support local people, groups, and organisations in and around the Camley Street area in Camden. The fund was designed with input from local residents and prioritises projects that are inclusive, accessible, and make a real difference to people living nearby, particularly those who may face barriers to opportunity.
Objectives of Fund
The fund supports projects that align with at least one of three key themes:
- Community building: Local events and community activities that strengthen connections.
- Innovation and creativity: Creative projects that engage and inspire.
- Employment and training: Skills programmes and initiatives that help people access jobs and opportunities.
The overall aim is to strengthen the community now while helping build a more connected and inclusive future for Camley Street.

Total fund amount: £60,000 available in this round. Individual grants are typically between £2,000 and £6,000.
Who Can Apply
Applications are welcome from:
- Community Groups or other Informal Groups
- Registered charities
- Social Enterprises or Community Businesses
- Schools
- Not-for-profit organisations
Priority is given to projects that support local residents, particularly those who may face barriers to opportunity. Beneficiaries can include a wide range of groups such as asylum seekers and refugees, people experiencing homelessness, LGBTQIA+ people, older people, young people, economically disadvantaged people, disabled people, women and girls, ex-offenders, and veterans.

- Post a project you want funding for.
- Your project will automatically match with this fund if it meets the criteria.
Both video pitches and written pitches are accepted. Your project will remain live on the platform until you successfully win funding.

- Funded projects must be delivered by: 1 July 2027
