Head Held High

Head Held High is a social enterprise leading highly motivational and interactive workshops and programmes for young people and vulnerable adults. We aim to improve wellbeing, mental health, education, and employability opportunities through our unique delivery empowering individuals to feel the change on the inside in order to make the changes on the outside. We focus on areas such as breaking through destructive cycles, implementing assertive and resolution base communication rather than aggression, discovering one's passions and goals, creating a winning CV and personal statement, and generally becoming proactive towards one's goals.
