Our mission is to remove inequality in the creative industry so that creatives can have careers free from exploitation.

We work in a 2-fold way:

1. With organisations to lobby for change
2. Directly with the creatives themselves

We believe that in order to make change in the industry, it's important to be involved at all levels.
