About Organisation

We support children and young people who hear voices, see visions, have sensory experiences or beliefs that others might find unusual, or experience dissociation or multiplicity. We also support their families and professionals who work with them. We offer 1-2-1 support via email, telephone and face to face meetings at our base at Mind in Camden. We have a free weekly peer support group for 16-25 year olds, an online support forum and creative workshops for young voice hearers. For families we offer 1-2-1 support and a peer support group for parents & carers. For professional supporters such as youth workers and mental health workers we offer mentoring and training in our approach to supporting young voice hearers. We aim to diversify the conversation around hearing voices in young people. We know that about 1 in 12 young people have experiences like these regularly – so it’s a common experience and one that many young people live with well. We offer young people the space to explore and make sense of their experiences in their own way within their frame of reference, and the platform to share their stories anonymously in creative ways. You can contact us by e-mail -info@voicecollective.co.uk or phone -020 7911 0822.
