Due to the current pandemic situation, we will not be able to run both one to one and group therapeutic sessions in person but have partner with Sapphire Community Group wellbeing academy to deliver sessions remotely. For more up to date details please email: admin@cooh.co.uk

To create an environment where good mental health and wellbeing is promoted and to develop this through by future leaders, Come Out Of Hiding (COOH) is offering a range of therapeutic support and services tailored to their specific needs. We exists to to change the narrative that surrounds mental health and young people.More info
