GRANTS OFFICER

The Grants Officer supports youth sector organisations to be the best they can be by increasing their access to resources and opportunities for development and partnership work. The post engages and supports 200+ members in Brent and is responsible for helping them access our offer.

This exciting role is responsible for the overall management and growth of a successful grants programme. The post holder will have a proven eye for detail, an analytical nature and a flair for writing and reviewing applications. As Grants officer, you will be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and will be supporting them and Chief Executive Officer to achieve ambitious but realistic targets.

The post holder will perform a wide range of responsibilities, such as reviewing applications, speaking to members to resolve issues, and stewarding existing funding relationships as well as driving new business. You will also be responsible for reporting on grants, including the management of data required for measurement and evaluation.
