We are looking for a Locality Manager who shares Community ConneX values and is eager to make a lasting impact in our community. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team of Team Leaders and Support Workers so that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing and managing the delivery of services within a specific area, ensuring they meet the needs of the community
• Providing direction and support to teams within your locality, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver high-quality care and support
• Collaborating with the Head of Service to implement service improvements and innovations that enhance the client experience
• Building strong connections within the local community, promoting our services and advocating for inclusivity
• Monitoring and evaluating service delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and continuous improvement

About you:

• You have 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in supporting autistic adults or children, people with mental health challenges, people with a learning disability, or people with behaviours that challenge
• You are a natural leader with excellent organisation, planning, and communication skills
• You are compassionate, patient and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those you support
• You can to commute to Harrow and are committed to being an active and engaged member of our team
