Our Vision is to become the leading provider of trusted and accessible expertise on menstrual health for teenagers. We focus on empowering individuals to have the knowledge and ability to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.

Through our workshops and online resources tools we help dispel myths and taboos creating a safe space for discussion for all to be empowered.
