upReach’s mission is to create a society in which everybody has an equal opportunity to realise their full career potential, regardless of social background. We support underrepresented undergraduate students in higher education and work, to secure top graduate roles. We do this by providing an intensive free programme of support that addresses socioeconomic barriers to employment. When enrolled on one of our free programmes, students have access to personalised one to one support to develop employability skills. Types of support include CV support, mock interview help, application reviews, skills workshops and video forums. We also provide students with extensive networking opportunities, such as insight days, work experience and paid internship opportunities, with partner firms such as PwC, Bank of America, Slaughter & May and Civil Service Fast Stream.
