We Make Camden Kit

Background

The We Make Camden Kit is a partnership between Camden Citizens, Camden Council, Camden Giving, and Camden businesses.

The funding is to support great ideas that will make Camden a better place. The goal is to help achieve Camden’s Core Missions by 2030; everyone eats well every day, young people have great opportunities, there’s diversity amongst people in power and we’re living in sustainable neighbourhoods.

Objectives of Fund

The funding is intended for community groups and residents in Camden to deliver ideas that contribute to five core themes:

Access to food for all.
Representative leadership.
Eco-friendly neighbourhoods.
Opportunities for young people.
Stronger communities.

Value Notes

Grants of up to £2,000 are available.

Who Can Apply

Applications will be accepted from:

Camden-based constituted voluntary and community sector organisations (VCSOs)
Unconstituted groups with an annual income below £250,000
Camden citizens that deliver activities for charitable purposes.
Schools who are delivering projects that either fall outside of the normal curriculum or are designed and led by students.

How To Apply

There are no closing dates. Applications are renewed fortnightly.

Application can be made online via the Camden Giving website, with decisions expected within around three weeks.
